Hamamelek & Usha series

"Hamamelek & Usha" series started as a joke but pretty soon they got their own unique character almost a year ago. Immediately after they came to life, they ordered me to continue drawing their adventures.
I couldn't argue with Hamamelek since his hot temper found me often paralysing in the idea of  killing him with a rubber-gum.Same goes for Usha (the name means "camel" in Old Persian) who-although more sane than her camel owner- threatened to pooh on any new comic strips if they were to be unrelated to them.
Under the fear of cholera from camel dung and my possible dismemberment by a very neurotic Arab camel owner, I am obligated to present you the series "Hamamelek and Usha" and I would advice you to give to this special page enough page views or else an innocent comic strip(per) -lol!- artist will find a horrible fate ahead her.   :'(
(they have my account info and check the views often) :s

Disclaimer: The early Hamamelek & Usha comic strips didn't have any title. You will figure out when the threats for my life started, since as you will notice I suddenly had to add a name ever since. The lines and text might not be straight but remember it started for fun.
Click on them to view the images in better resolution.
This page will be updated frequently!

These series are dedicated to a very close person to me,
Christopher

The very first comic strip of the series, the one with no name.

The "Desert Rose" shows the sensitive side of Hamamelek. Yes, there is one.

After the recent tragedies that hit Japan, many scientists -most of them working in the Nuclear Power field- were trying -in vain- to calm down the people and try to save their jobs. I got pissed of course.
